Honolulu 2010 Conference Retreat Coming Soon

Posted on Friday, January 15th 2010 by Machiko in News

WOW! It's already 2010 and God has so many things in store for us. We are excited that we will be having the Honolulu 2010 Conference Retreat again this year. In light of the struggling economy, we have decided to simplify the retreat in order to keep costs down.  This year, we will be doing "Home-Stays" instead of going to a hotel.  Although we will not be able to be altogether, this will be a great opportunity to get really close to our small group since we'll be going to the conference together, driving to and from the Convention Center together, eating together, and even sleeping at a home-stay together. It will also be a great chance for families in our church to open their homes to us. Hopefully we'll be great guests and really get to know other people from the church.  We will still have meals together, and we trying to plan a Pool Party after the end of the Conference for everyone to get together.
